Low-fat (less then 1%) low-calorie thick "condensed milk" vegetarian (non-vegan) topping. Taste and texture are very similar to regular condensed milk!

Ingredients

g Reset
UHT skimmed milk (0.5% fat) 270 g
Skimmed milk powder (1.5% fat) 55 g
Allulose 45 g
Sucralose 0.14 g
CMC (Carboxymethyl cellulose) 1.9 g
Salt 0.4 g
[Optional] "Condensed milk" food flavoring 4 drop(s)
[Optional] "Heavy cream" food flavoring 1 drop(s)

Steps

1. Mix all dry ingredients

2. Heat the milk

Almost to a boiling state (but not boiling). I use a microwave for this.

3. While stirring, add the dry ingredients

4. Heat again

Again, almost to a boiling state.

5. Blend

To dissolve CMC and any other lumps.

6. Cool to room temperature

7. While stirring, add flavorings

8. Store in the fridge
