Low-fat (less then 1%) low-calorie thick "condensed milk" vegetarian (non-vegan) topping. Taste and texture are very similar to regular condensed milk!

Almost to a boiling state (but not boiling). I use a microwave for this.
3. While stirring, add the dry ingredients
4. Heat again
Again, almost to a boiling state.
5. Blend
To dissolve CMC and any other lumps.
