Tasty vegan pickled cabbage without oil or sugar.
Regular white cabbage works best for this recipe.
Use food processor. Shredding cabbage by hand is horrible!
Use sweetener calculator if needed.

1. Mix salt, sweetener, dill, and pepper
2. Shred cabbage and grate carrot
Use food processor. Add carrot in the middle so mixture is easier to stir.
3. Mix cabbage and carrot
4. Prepare brine
Pour required amount of boiling water into saucepan, add salt, sweetener, dill, and pepper, then bring to a boil.
Add pre-measured vinegar, mix thoroughly, then remove from heat.
5. Pour hot brine into cabbage
Mix everything, leave for 20-30 minutes for a cabbage to release juice. After that, mix again.
6. Transfer into jars
Transfer cabbage into jars and pour remaining brine on top. Store in the fridge!
