Delicious and healthy pancakes made with whey protein concentrate, rice flour, and corn fiber on frying pan!

1. Mix all dry ingredients
2. Add egg and mix slightly
3. Pour in milk and water
4. Mix thoroughly
Using whisk or mixer on low speed until all lumps are dissolved.
5. Cook on frying pan under a lid
Use a good non-stick frying pan! Preheat it before (but not too much). Cook on a low-medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side under a lid. Pancakes should cook through inside without burning outside!
To make pancakes equal in size, I place frying pan on scales and pour batter by weight.
6. Serve hot with any topping you like
For example, low-calorie condensed milk!
